We drove over to Indiana on Saturday to spend time with our best friends Christian and Emily. We hadn't met little miss Lainee yet, so we spent the day with them at their house. Which is beautiful! It gives me hope that we will have a nice house someday!
Scottie loves to hold babies. I think it is one of the sweetest things about him. And Lainee is a sweet baby!!

We went out for dinner at the local Mexican restaurant. Between Carter and Avery, we left a fair amount of food on the floor. I bet they were glad to see us go!
How cute is this???? We will have to include it in the slide show at their wedding. We've already arranged for them to get married. Sorry ladies... Carter is taken! ;)

We've finally reached the age where our children take up over half of a couch. When did we become adults with multiple children??
Please excuse Gracie's bum. They were playing a pretty intense game. Carter would throw his toy and then they would run after it. Grace was kind enough to let him get every time. She is really good with younger kids, much to my surprise. I love watching her play with Avery and other little kids.
Avery couldn't keep up with Carter and Grace, so she decided to play in Lainee's car seat.
I love these guys. They have such a great friendship. I just wish we lived closer so we could hang out more often.
We were so glad to meet you Lainee. Can't wait to see again soon!!
